Technology is Never Neutral

ESG
Environmental, social, governance issues are the most pressing topics in boardrooms today — and most organizations are responding with compliance checklists. Justli™ goes deeper.
The Justli Framework™ translates ESG's three pillars into actionable justice dimensions: environmental factors through a distributive justice lens (who bears the environmental costs and who captures the benefits), social criteria through a recognition justice lens (whose relationships, labor, and humanity are centered or erased), and governance through a procedural justice lens (who decides, who has fiduciary accountability, and who is missing from the room).
The result is not just ESG compliance — it is a Just Operating System that makes your organization's stated values structurally real.
About
My name is Chanda Burrage, PhD
I'm Dr. Chanda Burrage, founder of JUSTxTECH and the architect of the JUSTx SYSTEMS Framework.
I came to this work from an unexpected place — geography — where I learned that where something happens shapes how fairly it happens, a truth that turned out to apply to organizations as much as to landscapes.
Today, I help higher education institutions, technology startups, and mission-driven organizations audit their own architecture for distributive, procedural, and recognition justice.
